XibeiKe · Super Cake Factory is a specialty bakery and dessert brand based in Xuzhou, Jiangsu. We undertook a comprehensive brand upgrade to address its previous issues: a cheapened look, lack of perceived quality, and inconsistent visual identity. By reshaping the brand's overall character, we crafted a visual system that embodies “affordability without appearing cheap,” maintaining its approachable positioning while significantly elevating its sense of quality and franchise-wide cohesion. This upgrade helped shift consumer perception away from the assumption that “low price equals low quality,” establishing a clear, trustworthy market presence for the brand.
