基于重庆工商大学 70 周年校庆契机,我们为学校文创进行了系统化、系列化的设计,并在此基础上延展打造更多产品线。从 管理机制、研发思路、生产落地、文化理念、产品开发到品牌形象体系,我们帮助工商大学完成了文创产品从零到一的全链路打造,实现了从校庆纪念到长期品牌化发展的转变。
Leveraging the 70th anniversary of Chongqing Technology and Business University, we developed a systematic and cohesive design framework for the university’s cultural and creative merchandise, which was then extended to create multiple product lines. From management mechanisms and R&D approaches to production implementation, cultural integration, product development, and brand identity systems, we supported the university in building its cultural product ecosystem from the ground up. This comprehensive effort facilitated a seamless transition from anniversary commemorative items to a sustainable, brand-driven strategy.
